I hate how you take another one of my friends like every day
And they’re paying you a next-to-nothing rent just to habitate
some beautiful spot on the beach down in Marina del Rey
Yeah, fuck LA!

You’re better than that boy on the beach who can barely communicate
But to settle down here must be an easy thing to contemplate
Well, if I ever want to know what it’s like to live in such a beautiful place...
